Rob and Almaz Glahn

Missionaries to Ethiopia and Tanzania

Rob has spent more than a decade living and serving in rural Ethiopia, driven by a lifelong sense of calling that began in childhood—when he once wrote, “When I grow up, I want to be a hole digger.” Years later, God fulfilled that early vision by placing him alongside his Ethiopian wife, Almaz.

Rob has been committed to sharing the message of Jesus among the rural poor in Africa. In Ethiopia, he and Almaz have built a deeply rooted life teaching others… Almaz—dedicated, courageous, and generous—plays a vital role in helping Rob navigate culture, relationships, and community life.

Rob holds a B.S. in Economics from James Madison University and an M.A. in Theological Studies from Columbia International University.

You can follow their ministry here: WFA Ethiopia.

Hannah and Aaron Mason

Missionaries in Uganda

Aaron and Hannah met in Tanzania in 2008 and moved to Uganda with WFA in 2016. Aaron is a jack of all trades and can fix just about anything. He is running the Uganda project and continues to successfully drill wells all around the region.

Hannah’s gifting is in her ability to connect and build deep relationships with the young ladies and women of where they live. They would choose to live in a hut near a bush over living in a nice city. One of their greatest joys is being an auntie and uncle to a host of children all over the world.

Cade Whitley was raised in Spain, France, and Germany as a missionary kid, where he developed both a global perspective and a strong passion for serving others and sharing his faith. He is currently studying Security Studies at Angelo State University, with initial plans to pursue a career in federal law enforcement or serve in the Peace Corps. However, after traveling to Uganda with WFA in the summer of 2024, Cade felt God calling him in a new direction. He later returned to serve in Tanzania in 2025, assisting Rob Glahn, and now hopes to continue following that calling by serving through WFA.
