<image:title>Our Team - Colin and Veronica Rosser</image:title>
<image:caption>Executive Director Colin and Veronica Rosser served with Water for All International in Uganda from 2012 to 2023, where they helped drill nearly 800 water wells, supported growing discipleship groups, and built community programs that continue today. Before moving overseas, Colin worked in agriculture with Texas A&M University and operated a prescribed burning business, while Veronica brought experience working with at‑risk youth. During their years in the village of Obulle, Colin established a community farm to strengthen local food security. After returning to Texas with their four children—Silas, Aggie, Corrie, and Sunderlin—Colin stepped into the role of Executive Director, continuing the mission that shaped their family’s life and calling. Their time in Uganda was fruitful with water well drilling, scores of children coming to Christ and getting baptized, and numerous discipleship groups that are still multiplying and bearing fruit.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Missionaries to Ethiopia and Tanzania Rob has spent more than a decade living and serving in rural Ethiopia, driven by a lifelong sense of calling that began in childhood—when he once wrote, “When I grow up, I want to be a hole digger.” Years later, God fulfilled that early vision by placing him alongside his Ethiopian wife, Almaz. Rob has been committed to sharing the message of Jesus among the rural poor in Africa. In Ethiopia, he and Almaz have built a deeply rooted life teaching others… Almaz—dedicated, courageous, and generous—plays a vital role in helping Rob navigate culture, relationships, and community life. Rob holds a B.S. in Economics from James Madison University and an M.A. in Theological Studies from Columbia International University. He is running the Uganda project and continues to successfully drill wells all around the region. Hannah’s gifting is in her ability to connect and build deep relationships with the young ladies and women of where they live. They would choose to live in a hut near a bush over living in a nice city. One of their greatest joys is being an auntie and uncle to a host of children all over the world.</image:caption>

<image:title>Take Action - PRAY.</image:title>
<image:caption>We live on your prayers! WFAI is faith-based work and more than anything we need your partnership in prayer. Join us in prayer for the work of the men and women currently serving permanently in Ethiopia, Bolivia and Uganda - that their love would grow for the people they are serving, and that lives would be improved through easily accessible clean water. Please pray for more workers to send into the field and permanent opportunities internationally. Lastly, please pray for our Texas Training Center where folks can be thoroughly trained in drilling and other appropriate technologies.</image:caption>

<image:title>Take Action - GO.</image:title>
<image:caption>Water For All is looking for people (married couples or singles) who feel called to sacrificially go and live among rural people as long- term field workers. We will give you very thorough training and support in order to succeed at teaching these families how to drill their own wells. You must be physically and spiritually healthy, emotionally mature, have a strong faith, and most importantly, an overwhelming burden and love for these people in order to best serve them in an incredibly meaningful way. You will need the spiritual backing of a Christian faith community and be willing to work and serve the poor in very rustic conditions, suffering many of the same hardships they do. In some cases, you will have to learn a new language. Our positions require mature people, who are ready to learn a new culture and live a self-sacrificing lifestyle for at least 3 to 5 years or longer. You will need to be able to raise your own very basic living expenses and provide health insurance. We can provide the rest and train you. We will place you either in one of our projects or in a partner project as our representative. If you feel called, we encourage you to pray about it before making this life-changing commitment. If interested, please contact us with any questions.</image:caption>

<image:caption>In Ethiopia alone, our missionaries’ efforts in 2026 have already contributed to the training and development of more than 35 new water wells—bringing sustainable access to clean water to communities in need. Building on this momentum, in 2025 we supported the drilling of over 471 wells across countries, expanding our reach and deepening our impact globally. Through both word and action, they reflect the love of Christ—bringing hope, dignity, and lasting transformation to those they serve.</image:caption>
